It said 113.2 for me...HA! I lost 35 pounds with WW a few years ago to get to my goal weight of 120; needless to say I'm not even there still- 130 is a much more reasonable weight for me. I eat healthy, exercise but don't have to eat salads and raw fruit all the time : )Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14989528656890002126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1029689049331850972.post-2955242706775255142008-02-27T23:43:00.000-04:002008-02-27T23:43:00.000-04:00Ignore the happy weight calculator. My ww goal weight is quite low as it is... I have gone farther before.. but.. I am thinking to be reasonable, I am going to raise it a bit.

Quitting smoking.... Hard... but I have to succeed this time! It is harder than losing wt!

Well... don't mind me... I am going to peruse your blog now... :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10512188511981680904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1029689049331850972.post-3486180366674000972008-02-27T10:36:00.000-04:002008-02-27T10:36:00.000-04:00Sarah - I agree, I think it provides a guideline b...Sarah - I agree, I think it provides a guideline but you have to decide what's right for you. Since I can remember being around 100 lbs and feeling like that was a perfect weight for me, 113 doesn't seem too far off of what would make me happy...It's just the getting there that is the problem.

Bag Lady - I'm so sorry. I did not mean to spread my unhappy reaction to others. Hang in there. The important thing is making healthy choices and feeling good - that should lead to the happy state of mind. I hope.JavaChickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06816858010039395389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1029689049331850972.post-72376568181462824932008-02-27T09:55:00.000-04:002008-02-27T09:55:00.000-04:00Oh, dear. Although she would be really happy to be that weight, it just doesn't seem possible.

Especially in light of the fact that she re-dedicated herself yesterday, ate really well (stuck to her plan, didn't snack) and GAINED two pounds. Sheesh.

She'd be happy if she lost 20 lbs. At least then she'd be within sight of her happy weight, which would make her slightly less unhappy...

Besides, ins't happiness a state of mind?the Bag Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17434610508260994331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1029689049331850972.post-43431475823255225822008-02-27T09:30:00.000-04:002008-02-27T09:30:00.000-04:00I think that those happy weight calculations are t...I think that those happy weight calculations are to give people who have NO idea where they want to be some kind of reasonable goal.

If you already know what your happy weight is, then who cares what the calculator says!

I know I looked at the number it generated for me and said 'meh. I think I'll stick with the one I already came up with'Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17964092474693470699noreply@blogger.com
