I would like to say that I have made some progress since I wrote this post trying to analyze what I was doing right last winter, when I was losing weight. But I haven't. Partially it's because things have been busy, but it's also because I can't quite figure out how to do it. But it's too late at night for me to write that post right now.

Some highlights from my Sunday...
I baked donuts. It was fun. They taste good. Did I say I want to lose weight?
Refilled the Peanut Wreath bird feeder again. The Jays seem to empty it in about 2 days.
That's pretty much it. I was a busy-around-the-house day, but also a quiet day. I like that in a Sunday.
Edit for the wannabe donut bakers:
I have this Norpro Petite Donut pan:
The packaging included 2 recipes, but if you go here: http://www.recipesecrets.net/forums/recipe-exchange/46458-norpro-mini-donut-pan-baked-donut-recipes.html they list a bunch of recipes, including one that is gluten free.
