Progress thus far:
- exercise good
- eating hit and miss
So, in other words, pretty much the usual around here. What can I say? I'm working on it.
Question for those of you out there who have gone from non-runner to runner...Running was going really well; I was being careful not to push it too hard, which I have been known to do in the past; It was feeling really good and I was able to increase my intervals every week and then suddenly it's all gone. For the past couple of weeks it's almost as if I have to start all over again. It's just really hard and I can't even do intervals I was doing a month ago. What gives?

Working on it: it's all a work in progress!
Interesting about the running- I'm not a runner but I started to love it last year and was all pumped and ready to do a half marathon. Then all the sudden it fizzled out, I couldn't make myself keep going and I lost interest. So now I'm super curious to see what the runners have got to say! Maybe it's a hurdle every runner goes through? And I just gave up before getting past it? Hm.
Im no runnerRUNNER but curious:
does it feel PHYSICAL or emotional (interest. motivation.)?
Hmmmm....Does anything hurt? I would maybe change your routine a bit and see if that helps.
Have a half marathon coming up...hopefully will do well! By that I mean FINISH! :-)
