I enjoy this time of year ~ though I admit I'm looking forward to the weather warming up a bit more.
A couple of weeks ago MizFit had a giveaway of a Fat Blasting Boot Camp eBook and I was fortunate enough to be the recipient. Yay MizFit! Yay Angie!
I love trying out a new workout, but I was still having issues with my foot at the time, so I wasn't ready to start. Then I started to wonder whether this was even a good time to start. I tend to be less formal about workouts this time of year - I like to get outside and work in the gardens and walk and just enjoy the nice weather. Then again, the Boot Camp is 3 30-minute workouts per week; if I want to fit in formal workouts, this seems ideal. So I'm giving it a shot.
I started tonight after work. The first two weeks are an intro of sorts, no weights are used. I definitely got my heart rate up and I was finished in 30 minutes. My foot & leg seemed to hold up ok, so this is the plan for the next 14 weeks - Boot Camp! And of course gardening and walking. :)
Photos from Sunday. Things are looking colorful!

Congrats on winning the giveaway!
Your flowers look lovely. I have mostly yellow flowers around here right now, but I'm of the "if life hands you lemons, make lemonade" sort, so I am making dandelion wine! Might as well get something good out of them!
Pretty pretty picts!

Laura - Thanks! It's nice to have pretty things to take pictures of. :)
Charlotte - I can't really take credit for the flowers I guess, since they grow that way, but I do enjoy having them in my garden!
Miz - I'll keep you posted! I'd love to hear your take on it if you give it a try too. :)
Pretty! The boot camp sounds awesome.
Sagan - Yes, the boot camp should be fun!
