Weigh in day - 146.2 which is up 1.3 lbs.
I knew it wasn't a great week though. As usual: Exercise=Good, Eating=Bad.
Due to having company last weekend, I didn't do my usual grocery shopping and meal planning. Not that I'm making excuses.
Back on plan this week.

I also had a gain this week. I'm right with ya "Get back on the horse"!!!! We'll kick some ass together.
Meh, it'll fall off again. But it is annoying, isn't it?
I have been so bad all week with my eating. I have got to plan better for eating this coming week....
Same boat here too... we can do this, it is just a matter of getting refocused. :)
back on track is the best mindframe to have. go girl!
