We were an hour late getting home last night which sorta threw my schedule off, so quick recap of the day.
It was way foggy this morning.
All ready to go for the day.
Protein drink at home, steel cut oats with blueberries, Almond Breeze & maple syrup at work.
Late morning snack – Gala apple & 12 almonds.
Lunch around 1 pm – leftover Black Beans & Red Rice with grated cheddar on top.
Late getting home and Husband was hungry. Supper first thing.
Pizza which I managed to really mess up. Long story.
For dessert, finished off the last 2 squares of this bar from from chocolate stash.
Let supper settle, and just finished a quick interval session on the treadmill. Another great run – so far so good with the gel insoles in my sneakers.
Now I have to go clean up the kitchen. Wah.
