Saturday: Weights & Cardio
Sunday: Cardio
Monday: Weights
I just finished my cardio session for today. Didn't really want to do it, I have to admit. Had a headache when I went to bed last night, and still had it this morning. By this evening I was feeling all worn out. Almost talked myself out of exercise. In the end, decided that I didn't feel up to doing my running intervals, but I could manage walking on the treadmill. So I did.
That us 5/6 for my week so far. One strength training session left to complete. Looking good.
Eating = not so great.
Basically, I just wasn't keeping track or even paying much attention all weekend. Which was a long weekend. So that's an extra day of slacking off. Bad JavaChick.
Back on track today and hoping I didn't do too much damage.

Lunch: Minestrone Soup, Kashi Granola Bar
Snack: PC Yogurt w/cranberry granola
Supper: Sandwich & Salad
Workout: Cardio (60 minutes, 3.2 miles)

Maybe you'd like to come out to Alberta and work on a cattle ranch for awhile and give the Bag Lady a break.... or, maybe not.
