Day 3

Day 3 sugar free. So far so good.

Really liking this Olivieri Ravioli that I've been having for lunch.

I am not normally a fan of whole wheat pasta, but I liked the sound of Broccoli & Cheese ravioli, so I gave it a try and I'm very happy I did; it's quite tasty.

Your salad does sound awesome!!! I loooooove REnee's dressings, a little too much though - I can't stop at one tbsp!!! ;)

Good work on your sugar free living these days --- I've been off diet pop for over a week now and I'm not craving it as much as I did at first --- a good thing!!! ;)

Maybe I should tackle sugar next.....

I'm so going to look for that pasta for while DBF is away. I've decided I need to keep my dinners a little more simple.

I haven't purposely stayed off the sugar, but the last three days I haven't been indulging in any extra granola bars or fancy coffees or oddball snacks and I'm sure it's part of the reason my cold went away right away. It does help!

Hmmm...that looks pretty good. I've never seen ravioli that isn't the regular meat or cheese variety.

Shirls - the nutrition info says 270 mg sodium per serving. I don't remember finding it tasted salty, but I kinda like salt so...
